Any complaint, after your stay, may be the subject of:
by letter sent, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to SAS C2G HOTEL KLEBER - Service Relations Clientèle 7, rue de Belloy - 75116 Paris, or
sending an email to: [email protected] within 2 months of the end of your stay, so that we can respond as soon as possible. We draw your attention to the fact that the longer you delay bringing your complaints to us, the more difficult it will be for us to resolve your request in your best interests. We thank you for specifying, in your letter, the name of the person who reserved the stay, the reservation number, the dates of your stay as well as the type of room reserved in order to facilitate the processing of your file. Likewise, we thank you for attaching to your letter all supporting documents allowing us to limit the time taken to process your complaint.
We inform you that following a prior unsuccessful attempt to resolve the dispute with our Customer Relations Department formalized in writing, you have the possibility of resorting to a mediation procedure by contacting the consumer mediation entity AME Conso:
- either by internet by completing the form dedicated for this purpose on the website: https://www.mediationconso-ame.com/demande-de-mediation-ame.html, accompanied by the documents supporting your request (Art. R 614-1 9 °)
